Complaint Management

Information on how to handle complaints by investors in the public real estate funds of PATRIZIA GrundInvest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (pursuant to Section 4 (3) of the German Regulation on the Specification of Codes of Conduct and Organizational Rules pursuant to the Capital Investment Act (KAVerOV))

Dear investor,

Your satisfaction is our highest goal! If, for some reason, you are not satisfied and would like to file a complaint, you may do so directly in a written document using the German language. Said document must be signed by you and either mailed, faxed or emailed (as a pdf document).

The complaint management of PATRIZIA GrundInvest provides for the following steps to handle complaints: acceptance of the complaint by the respective department, response to the complaint and/or notification of an interim status within no more than 10 workdays as well as the development of measures on the basis of the complaint. Complaints may be filed free of charge.
